Annette Naif, CEO, New York City Office

Since 1986 Annette Naif has been designing and producing custom events. Helping clients create their unique signature style that translates into a memorable experience has been Annette’s passion from the beginning. Annette spent a number of years in the early part of her career producing events for Sebastian International followed by 15 years in the motion picture industry where she helped coordinate numerous productions for film and episodic television programs. The drive to provide a distinctive role for superior personalized service in the event planning industry inspired Annette to launch her own event design company.

Pulling together her years in motion picture, television production and corporate event development, Annette has seen how hitting just the right creative “note” can spark conversation, build relationships and create brand loyalty beyond measure. The key is to deliver a flawless, distinctive and superior personalized experience. In 2010, Forté Events NYC was founded to meet the growing needs of clients, as demand for Annette’s services pushed beyond the social realm and into the corporate world. Now she heads up the New York City office of Forté Events.

Tami Forero, CEO

Tami has set new standards and challenged traditional event ideas throughout her twenty one years as a corporate and independent event producer.  Her unique approach to the business of events qualified her as a finalist for the 2006 Event Producer of the Year Spotlight Award and Event Production Company of the Year Spotlight Award in 2008. In 2010, Tami won the Rising Star Award from the Colorado Springs Business Journal and Forté Events won the 2010 ICON Award for the best non-profit event produced in Colorado.

As a speaker for national event conferences, ISES chapters, CEO groups, training companies, and various industry associations, Tami teaches event professionals and corporations how to help clients make the most return on their event investments. Overall, Tami Forero represents the best the industry has to offer in creativity, innovation, and knowledge.

With twenty-one years of event planning experience, Tami helps clients meet goals using experiential events and is a sought-after speaker nationwide, on subjects of sales, team building, and profitability. Forté Events has created unique training and leadership development programs that have earned international recognition and awards. Tami has helped companies significantly increase their profits in record time, attract and retain employees, and successfully launch products and community programs. In the past seven years, Forero’s company has doubled or tripled sales each year, even during economic recession. The Forté Events team not only plans and executes corporate, non-profit, and social events worldwide, but also enjoys working together for their “perfect” clientele.

Julia Criscione, Logistics Coordinator

Julia has a wealth of experience producing a variety of events, both for local and nationally recognized organizations. With her well-orchestrated processes mastered throughout the years, she is always calm and composed while thinking two steps ahead while carrying out a successful implementation of any event. Known for her vigorous work ethic and dedication to achieve goals, exceed expectations and deliver high quality service 110% of the time, Julia tackles challenges small and large with a friendly disposition, optimism and impactful solutions. She maintains a big picture philosophy with a focus on the objectives and critical eye on details. By combining creative and analytical thinking her innovative ideas are constantly brewing, bringing new energy and powerful elements to every event the team plans.

Kristi Torregrossa, Logistics Coordinator

Kristi helps keep the office, the team, and clients working together smoothly. She is currently working on logistics for 30 corporate events in 15 countries. She handles everything from writing contracts, booking travel, researching everything, shopping, filing, soothing clients, to working events…And that can all be in one day! She honed her administrative skills while working for her family’s multi-million dollar business since childhood and continues to bring success to Forté Events.

Kristi lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, three daughters, and two ‘babies:’ Dalmatian Tully & Golden Retriever Aspen.

Kevin Kowalczyk, Marketing & On-site Event Manager

Kevin’s decade of event experience began in the concert industry: ticket sales, security, marketing, publicity, promotions and talent booking.  During those years Kevin had the opportunity to work at most major venues in the Denver area including Red Rocks, the Pepsi Center, Fillmore Auditorium, Mile High Stadium, the Boulder Theatre and Fox Theatre.

Kevin then spent five years at Skyline Talent & Events as their Vice President booking hundreds of entertainers at corporate and private events.  He also assisted in the production of events such as the Stanley Cup Celebration, multiple outdoor concert series, corporate parties and press events.

During four years as the Director of Event Services at Richter Scale Productions, Kevin worked on every aspect of event production & management: marketing, logistics, event coordination, sales and internal operations. He had the honor of working & organizing many high profile events during the 2008 Democratic Convention including the after party for Barack Obama at Mile High Stadium. He also was project manager for a large corporate conference that won a Special Event Gala Award.

Currently, Kevin plans a variety of events for a diverse group of clients as well as operates a marketing consulting firm that specializes in social media and online promotion for small businesses.  He served as President of the Denver ISES (International Special Event Society) chapter from 2010 – 2011.

Kevin lives in Oakland with his husband Chad and spoiled rotten dogs.

Victoria DeSilvio, CWD, On-site Event Manager

Victoria DeSilvio, CWD, President of Engaging Events & Weddings, is a multi-award-winning event professional not only for her creativity and attention to detail but her uncanny ability to create events that surpass client goals and are as unique as the clients themselves. Using her background in the fashion, media, marketing and hospitality industries, she’s the go-to event producer for local, national and international celebrities, society mavens and corporations. She’s worked with numerous high-profile luminaries such as Dolly Parton, the Arab Prince of Emirates, Paris Hilton, Grace Ormonde (“Wedding Style Magazine”), Brad Paisley, Dr. Travis Stork and Prince Lorenzo Borghese (both from ABC’s “The Bachelor”), Nicole Richie, Trisha Yearwood, as well as, creating events for TLC, E! Entertainment, the Drumpf Organization, The Grand Old Opry, the CMA Awards after-parties, HBO, QVC, the Miss America organization, Fortune 500 companies and more. She’s the Immediate Past President of the South Florida/Caribbean Chapter of ISES, instrumental in establishing the South Florida chapter of “Wish upon a Wedding” and was honored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, as well as numerous charitable works for her industry and her community.

Cyrah Wood, Sales

Cyrah joins the Forté Events team after several years working in event sales for five star hotels in New York City.  She earned a BS in Hospitality/Event Management from New York University and now lives in Colorado Springs where she and her husband enjoy the outdoor life.

Amanda Hilsabeck, Administrative Assistant

Amanda joins Forté Events after working in the medical and television industries where she honed her administration, marketing, and sales skills.  An artist by education, Amanda enjoys being creative which comes in handy when you’re supporting several right brained, event planners!  She lives in Colorado Springs with her Husband and enjoys painting, photography, sculpting, graphic design, skiing, swimming, and hiking.

Paul Anderson Sales, Celebrations of Life

Paul comes to Forté Events after a career as a chaplain in the United States Air Force and at Centura Health. Throughout his career he specialized in guiding families through the planning and conducting of their weddings and celebrations of life.

Paul is a creative innovator who always puts clients’ interests first. His creativity and personal approach allowed him to conduct ceremonies attended by celebrities as well as national and world leaders.

Paul has a Masters in Divinity and is board certified with the Association of Professional Chaplains. He is married to Patricia and lives in Colorado Springs. Together they have three sons, five grandchildren and a miniature Australian Shepherd. Paul is an avid golfer, music enthusiast, and a jazz guitarist.
